Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no password, and there is no server behind the app. Everything you write stays on your iPhone.
Is it free?
All thirty steps are free. The only paid thing is exporting your finished document as a PDF. That is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
I bought the document and changed my phone.
Open the paywall and tap “Restore purchase”. It is tied to your Apple ID, so it costs nothing a second time.
Do I have to let it block my apps?
No. If you decline the Screen Time permission, every step still works and the timer simply counts how often you leave the app. You can withdraw the permission at any time in the system settings.
How do I delete my data?
Use “Start over” inside the app, or delete the app. Nothing is stored anywhere else, so export your document first if you want to keep it.
I want a refund.
